2. LiteSpeed Cache

This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. 3. Complianz

This website uses the Privacy Suite for WordPress by Complianz to collect and record Browser and Device-based Consent. For this functionality, your IP address is anonymized and stored in our database. This service does not process any personally identifiable information and does not share any data with the service provider. For more information, see the Complianz Privacy Statement.

You provide JAMJAB Software with most of the data we collect. We collect data when you:

  • Phone or email us to enquire about what we offer.
  • Submit a message via our website.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

JAMJAB Software collects your data so that we can:

  • Respond to your request (phone, email).
  • Respond to your website message.

4.4 How do we store your data?

JAMJAB Software securely stores your data on password protected laptop, tablet and phone.

5. CRO Roster Calendar Manager

The CRO Roster Calendar Manager makes use of Member data and Google data, as described in the following sections.

5.1 CRO Roster Calendar Manager Member

5.1.1 Member data

JAMJAB Software creates Member data allowing use of the CRO Roster Calendar Manager. Each Member data has the following data:

  • Username – used for login.
  • Password – use for login.
  • Membership level – set to allow access to the Sync to Google Calendar functionality.
  • Member filter identifier – used to filter roster data.

5.1.2 How do we collect Member data?

The Member data is created and stored by JAMJAB software when you request to become a Member of the CRO Roster Calendar Manager. The Member data is shared securely with you once it has been created.

5.1.3 How will we use Member data?

JAMJAB Software uses the Member data so that we can:

  • Provide you with the ability to log-in as a Member.
  • Give you access to the functionality of the CRO Roster Calendar Manager.

5.1.4 How do we store your data?

JAMJAB Software securely stores your Member data as part of the JAMJAB Software website.

5.2 Google Account

The CRO Roster Calendar Manager sync’s roster data to the Member’s Google calendar. For this to happen the user initiates a Sync to Google Calendar process that requests the following access:

  • To read the Member’s Google Account: email address.
  • To allow the CRO Roster Calendar Manager access to the Member’s Google calendar in order to:
    • Read the list of Google calendars.
    • Create an application specific secondary calendar, to be used by the CRO Roster Calendar Manager to manage roster events within that calendar.

5.2.1 Account data

The CRO Roster Calendar Manager requests read access to:

  • Google email address.

5.2.2 How do we collect Account data?

The Account data readonly access is requested as part of the Sync to Google Calendar process. Access is provided by the member.

5.2.3 How will we use Account data?

JAMJAB Software uses the Google data so that we can:

  • Display the email address once the Sync to Google Calendar process has completed. Thereby, indicating which Google account Calendar is used by the CRO Roster Calendar Manager.

5.2.4 How do we store your Account data?

JAMJAB Software stores the Google data in a Cookie used to support the functionality of the CRO Roster Calendar Manager.

Since the Sync to Google Calendar functionaility is only available to logged in Members, the data is stored only for logged-in Members. When the Member logs out, the data is removed.

6. Cookies

JAMJAB Software uses cookies and other related technologies (for convenience all technologies are referred to as “cookies”). Cookies are also placed by third parties we have engaged. The use of cookies on the website is defined here: Cookie Policy (UK).

When you log in to the members area, we will also set up several cookies to save the login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out, the login cookies will be removed.

Cookies are also used to store Google account data required for the CRO Roster Calendar Manager. As per above, when you log out the Google account data is removed.

7. Embedded content from other websites

The JAMJAB Software website contains links to other websites. Our privacy policy applies only to our website, so if you click on a link to another website, you should read their privacy policy.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

8. How long we retain your data

Your data is retained for as long as is needed to handle your request. 

In addition, your data will be deleted once you no longer have a need for our services.

9. What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an email and/or exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you and in particular remove your Member data.

JAMJAB Software will review its privacy policy and place any updates on this page.
